Climate Cycle: The Ride

Climate Cycle annual Ride to Recharge was a huge success on May 22! The weather was absolutely beautiful, and everyone had a wonderful time. Over 400 Climate Cyclists raised over $69,000, and riders are still continuing to fundraise. Many thanks to the 125+ volunteers who contributed their time and talent in order to produce a vibrant, enjoyable event for all.

Much gratitude to everyone who contributed to making the event so inspiriting and festive!
• Yuri Lane, beat-box extraordinaire, was our MC.

• Environmental Encroachment , a magic circus marching band, kicked off the ride with a marching band bonanza.

• Cobalt and the Hired Guns got the crowd grooving on feel-good head-bopping rock tunes.

• Biagio and Chipotle offered delicious lunch for our riders and volunteers.

• INDO design created The Climate Cycle Cup (made from old bike chains and salvaged wood), which was awarded to top fundraising teams.
